I recently joined the forum. My name is Bert Ruitenberg, I'm an ATC supervisor
at Amsterdam Airport (Schiphol), The Netherlands, and some of you may know (of)
me because of my Human Factors work for IFATCA (the International Federation of
ATC Associations).
