Rob,

Welcome to the group.

Our CRM Refresher is 3 hours annually. It is run as part of the Emergency
Procedure Refresher and is run by CRM Facilitators. The EP portion is then
run by an EP Instructor

We tried getting the Technical Refresher Instructors a few years ago to run
the CRM Refresher as a way of integrating it and it was a total flop. We
have not tried the reverse. There was just no comitment from the guys to run
it well.
