Let me introduce myself. I am Capt. Rob Vatcher, I am the CRM
coordinator for Air Nova. We are an east coast Canada regional owned by
Air Canada. I have two questions. 1. How long is your recurrent
program,Hours or days? 2. What are the pitfalls of getting the CRM team
to do tech training as a cost saving measure?
