task of getting copies of these new AICs so I can post them on the web
site. If anyone has a copy of the new AICs handy, feel free to fax it

I should also point out that the "Guide to Performance Standards for
Instructors of CRM Training for Commercial Aviation" Laurie mentioned
will also be available online as soon as Rick Heybroek's RAeS HFG
releases it. I have reviewed it and it is EXCELLENT!

The AIC 143/1993 mentioned above has been superceeded by AIC 117/1998
(Pink180) dated 6 October 1998. Also, a new very relevant AIC - No
114/1998 (Pink178) dated 6 October 1998 has been issued entitled "Flight
Crew CRM Training Standards". This second document also refers to a
booklet entitled "Guide to Performance Standards for Instructors of CRM
Training for Commercial Aviation" which has been produced in conjunction
with several respected organisations and is obtainable from
"Riverprint",
