I'm now home and have gotten the identification of the second UK AIC
that I mentioned below. It is AIC 37/1995 (Pink 110). Enjoy.

Subject: RE: JAA-OPS CRM Training Requirements
Good Afternoon CRMers -
Lots of good requests looking for information on CRM syllabi here.
There are several documents that I can help point to.
First, JAA-OPS Temporary Guidance Leaflet (TGL) No. 5, a companion to
No. 6 that Chris referenced, addresses flight crew CRM training
requirments.
The current version of the FAA Advisory Circular on CRM is available on
the CRM Developers web site. The address is:
http://www.caar.db.erau.edu/crm/resources/ac/ac120-51b.html
Those of us operating under JAR-OPS will find the UK's CAA Aeronautical
Information Circulars of interest. For flight deck crews, AIC 143/1993
(Pink 90) 23 September 1993, is the appropriate one. A more recent AIC
(I don't have the number in front of me right now) deals with cabin
crew. Neither of these documents are online to my knowledge, although I
hope to add them to the CRM Developers site in the near future.
Best regards,
Neil Krey
