As for a good bookstore in New York, I'm afraid I can't help. One of
the reasons we started the CRM and Human Factors Bookstore on the web
site is that such books are often difficult to find in traditional
bookstores. Our associate status with Amazon.com allows us to offer
access to these excellent resources with good service and prices.
