Can anyone guide me to a source of the CRM training syllabus's for:
Cabin Crew &
Flight Deck &
Flight Dispatchers
I am aware that Cabin Crew criteria are listed in JAA-OPS Temporary Guidance
Leaflet (TGL) No 6, entitled 'Crew Resource Management - Cabin Crew', but I
need to establish the one for flight deck and a source (preferably
electronic) for all.
