I have this week completed a series of 8 facilitated introductory TRM
courses for ATC's here in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Our TRM initial course is three days long, and covers introductory
modules on Team Resource Management, Human Factors, Team Building,
Interpersonal Communication in the Operational Environment, Situational
