Eurocontrol has done a significant amount of research both in Brussels and
near Paris. For a specification of the Team Resource Programme (TRM) the
best contact is Michael Woldring: MICHAEL.WOLDRING_at_EUROCONTROL.BE

You may also get something useful from their web site:

I don't have the Paris web site but as I remember it was more software
oriented, part of the new European enroute facility dev programme.

NATS ATC Evaluation Unit (Herne) has also been active in Human Factors
issues and TRM - I don't have a current contact though.
