Perhaps you already know the NASA Technical Memorandum 110404 named
Principles and Guidelines for Duty and Rest Scheduling in Commercial
Aviation, prepared by an outstanding international scientific team. In that
doc. dated May 1996, the DC-8 crash at Guantanamo Bay Base (Cuba) is
mentioned as directly related with crew fatigue.
