In the recently-posted Jan. '95 Edition of CRM Advocate (my thanks
to those responsible for making this available) there is an article
by Dr. John Lauber, titled "Putting Professionalism in the Cockpit".
Lauber refers to a study by Les Lautman and Peter Gallimore, on the
subject of 'control of crew-caused accidents' which was presented
at the Flight Safety Foundation International Air Safety Seminar
in Tokyo (no date given).
If anyone on the list has access to a copy of the Lautman and Gallimore
