Hi everybody!
This is my first contact with you so,let me introduce myself: I am Cezar
Prates MD-11 capt. at VARIG Brazilian Airlines and I am in charge of the
Pilots and FEs Training department.
We are about to form a research group to develop CRM programs based on
our own culture. We are starting form the "zero"point so, any tip,advice
or help will be welcome.
