Hello Jeff! Welcome to our group!

There is a project to create a library that is being led by Norm Komish
(sp?) from US Airways. I am not sure what the current status is, so maybe
sombody else here in the group can update us both. The article may be
refereing to another effort, however. Again, group input is welcome.

If you haven't already looked at it, Jeff, our group has a web site which
has a growing collection of CRM resources, and links to other CRM related
sites. You can find it at:

http://www.caar.db.erau.edu/crm/

Look in the resources section as a starting point. Let us know how we can
help.

Best regards,
Neil Krey
