Good Evening CRMers and Brad!

As you point out, there are many commercially available videos and movies
that can be useful in CRM training. The issue of copyright is a consistent
concern within our community. Unfortunately for those of us with limited
budgets, we are often required to pay a royalty to use copyrighted
materials as part of our training programs.

I'm not sure of any legal ways to get around this issue. It's kind of like
the airlines -- if you want to ride, you have to buy a ticket.
