Jeff Morris recently said, under a different topic:

This is a very good suggestion, Jeff. As our web site has grown through
the addition of materials from our members and outside sources, it has
become increasingly difficult to quickly identify those materials which
meet the needs of specific users. I think there are a couple of actions
which we can take as a group to make this better.
First, it might be useful to build a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
section. As we move into our second year of operation, it has become clear
that there are some issues and questions which recure on a regular basis.
While the group is always very helpful, we could capture the answers and
resources in a form that would make it quick and easy for our members to
access the information they need.
REQUEST: I would like to compile a list of commonly asked questions that
will become the basis of a CRM FAQ. What are your suggestions for
questions to include? When I get enough, I'll compile them and then we can
work on the answers.
Second, I will be reorganizing the Resources section of the CRM Developers
web site to make it easier to find the information you need.
REQUEST: I need some ideas on how we could reorganize the Resources section
to make the items there easier to get to.
