Good Afternoon CRM's

I wonder if you ever thought what itis like to be a VIP on your very own
aircraft, chartered by your company from an airline.

The drums beat and the word filters down through the offices of the pilot
managers that there is a "really good trip" coming up with a two day
layover somewhere nice and warm.

The chief pilot, who maybe flies once a month to keep current, puts
himself down for the trip. His deputy, who maybe flies twice a month,
then offers his services as copilot.

Whilst not detracting from their abilities, would it be wise to let your
VIP fly to a non standard destination, which maybe neither pilot had
visited recently, if at all?

Who would be a VIP????
