Actually what I am proposing is to identify the IF-THEN statements at a fairly
macro level that can be applied to all phases of flight. I have seen task lists
that try to integrate all CRM into all phases of flight and they are
unmanagable. Most of our management skill (CRM) expectations at Delta are what
Battelle has labeled "non-phase specific" meaning that they are specified at a
fairly macro level and apply to all phases of flight.
