For the moment, at least, most of my input will be in the form of questions
rather than answers - so let me get started.
1. Someone recently posed the idea that it might be better for certain types
of questions and/or comments to go directly to a member's e-mail address rather
than be included in the CRM developers mailing list party line. In that regard,
is there a downloadable list of the current members with their e-mail address?
2. Considering that there seems to have been an unusual number of incidences
and accidents around the world this year, does anyone know how many there have
been and a guess as to how many of those have CRM implications?
3. I am presently working with a group of about 100 pilots flying A-300s and
A-320s who have attended a CRM course within the past three years. I would like
to survey them regarding their experiences, behavior and attitudes since taking
the course. This survey would be perception based rather than performance
based. Is there an existing survey/questionaire available?
