Sorry for the absence. was out of town for a few days and got waaaay behind.
Have been reading and collecting messages and am just now getting to the
list. Neil, I will put in the plug for CRM metrics: both performance and the
courseware. I would also like to see a definition of the "type" of person or
personality that makes a good facilitator. I know that they share certain
elements: quick wit, good speaker, knowledgeable of both technical and CRM
skills, salesmanship, etc. But i also know folks who seem to have those
skills, but do not do well in the classroom. Is there a secret fromula?
Finally i would suggest that we could use some kind of refresher training
program criteria for in service facilitators. most of us get burned out about
half way through the year covering the same material in the same ways. How do
we keep pumped up and excited about our work. thanx . . . dave
