Earl Wiener and Asaf Degani did some outstanding work on checklist design a
couple years ago. They published a NASA report that I am sure you can obtain.
You might find the report posted on Asaf's web page. Neil has built a link from
the CRM developer's web page to Asaf's web page.
I have seen some innovative approaches to checklist design in the past year.
Alaska Airlines has a very innovative layout for their checklists. The folks at
ACA (Brad Blythe was part of their team and is on this listserv) did some
innovative work to include crm related tasks in their checklists.
Perhaps this will give you a snap-vector to a few starting points.
