In response to Vince's note, for now I must appologise for the message about
"we are developing an approach that might work"--the message was not complete
and was prematurely sent--I intended to add a description of our approach.
Right now, I'm in the middle of other chaos away from the office, and it
will take a day or two to finish what I want to say.
