I am but a simple training captain, intrigued by this subject.
Is there any chance that the level of technical yuckspeak and jargon be kept to
a level that us simple people, not necessarily from the USA, nor from a military
background - and DEFINITELY not from a psychology background can understand ??
I know what a LOFT is - I hand 'em out twice a week, but LOS & LOE leave me
cold.

Dare I ask (??) - wot's a Tiger Team ? Is this yuckspeak for a working group ?
Explore ways enhance instructor skills - I'll say. Teach me this wondrous
language ! English is my mother tongue, I hate to think how some may be getting
on.
Seriously folks, guys like me join this group to enhance our knowledge, and
provide a better service for our pilots. I'm clever enough to train them and
check them, but I'm running at about 70% only here. I daren't contribute in
case you think I'm from primari skool.
