Hello CRMers!
Just to help give a little continuity to our discussion of CRM wish lists,
I have put together a consolidated listing of the desires expressed so far.
I would like to continue adding to the list, so if this triggers any
additional thoughts, please send them in. In a week or so we will start
discussion to prioritize the items. That will allow us to form our next
Tiger Team(s). Following are the suggestions so far, some of which have
already started generating discussion:

Anyone interested in segmented LOFTS?

What about LOFT scenarios? We all spend a great deal of time developing
them. Any chance we can discuss the pros and cons of creating a scenario
bank for public use?

Can we post effectiveness data attached to the scenario? I would hate
to not leverage off of event sets that we know that work...

What I would like to hear about from other CRM developers out there is
what they use for "team building" exercises.

2. CRM; practicing what we preach
3. CRM pitfalls

My three wishes are:
1) effective classroom techniques for facilitators
2) follow up or requallification training as distinct from initial and
recurrent
3) CRM for management pilots-DO, Chief Pilot, Check Airmen
