Welcome to November, CRMers!
With the new month, it is time to start a new conversation. Last
month we saw a wide variety of topics covered, many dealing with areas
where CRM/HF developers are working hard to find answers and
approaches to pressing questions and needs. To build on those fine
posts, for this month let's see if we can come up with a "Top 10" list
of the things CRM/HF developers would like to have which would make
their jobs easier and their programs more effective.
The first step will be to get suggestions from each list member. If
you had three wishes to use to solve a problem or get a bit of
information, what would you wish for? After we get a list built, we
can then work on assigning priorities.
As some of you know, one of the activities of the Industry CRM
Developers Group is to form Tiger Teams to focus top research,
trainning, and operational talent on pressing CRM/HF development
needs. Based on our prioritized list, we will be able to form the
next Tiger Team. The first Tiger Team produced several outstanding
products in support of course development for Situational Awareness
Management.
So, what do you need most? Let's hear from everyone and start
building our list.
