Fresh Ideas for New CRM Program

We are trying to build a new CRM Emphasis program at Pope AFB and I'm
interesting in building a program that's as interesting and stimulating
as possible (using group exercises, good case studies, role playing,
videos, etc). Our program is in addition to the mandatory CRM training
the aircrew members already receive, so I don't want to swamp them with
too much CRM. I just want to ask everyone if they could offer their
most interesting and fun CRM training ideas that we could possibly
incorporate into our program. Interesting openings into a seminar are
also needed (ie short film clips, jokes, exercises). We are a tactical
C-130 wing (we have 5 crew positions-2 pilots, engineer, navigator,
loadmaster), to help give you an idea of what we do. Thanks so much for
