Tim,
Since you are in the AF, you might have access to Class C mishap data.
Trying to guage the effectiveness of a CRM program on Class A only, as the AF
seems to do, is ineffective. The little incidents are the ones that may
demonstrate a more accurate picture of organizational health and progress.
Look to see if the Class C mishap rate has changes before and after 1994.
That is the year of the AFI directing more active CRM programs.
