Sounds like you have been having some real fun! I did something like this
but on a much less involved scale...by just discussing some of the accidents
in details to see where people screwed up. (Monday morning quarterbacking is
a cinch!) The pictures really create good interest level...I often brought
in the systems failures and mechanical aspects since that is my main area.
I would like to get a copy of your Powerpoint presentation...as an
attachment if you can do that.
