effects seem minimal, or remember some class that they didn't
understand, should be reminded that one visit to the CRM doctor does not
cure the disease. We are in the business of behaviour modification, and
that takes a consistent, repetitive, program.

Greg,

When people remember a CRM class that "they didn't understand," perhaps
it was the class that was at fault, not the students. There has been
some pretty bad stuff out there over the years.

If a name change for a class or a program makes it easier to get these
disillusioned people to listen, then so what. There is nothing sacred
about a particular acronym. I don't care if we call the class CRM, CLR,
ACT, or Fred, if it does what it is supposed to do, and if the name
makes the audience more willing to listen.

And I shudder to think what the group I'm currently working with would
do if I told them that their program's goal was behavior modification.
Yeah, I know that's what all instruction is, but sometimes it's not what
you say, it's how you say it.
