We've done something awesome with NW299/1482!!! I would be glad to offer my
Powerpoint/lesson plan and handouts to you. It's been a real winner with the
classes.
They've spent anywhere from 2.5 - 3.5 hours alone on this case study that
includes
photos of the accident, the NTSB report, etc.
In a nutshell, we give the students a general idea of what happened...deputize
them as
NTSB investigators...
split 'em up into 2 groups and have them analyze human, etc factors and the other

4-5 factors that took the toll for this accident. Sort of, a 'who dunnit'.
The photos are quite graphic and the mood, is nothing short of, scarey.
But effective! It really gets them going. And the best part is, the want to
keep the
handouts to study them further (at home)...hmmmmm??!
I'm look at writing some other programs that involve overlapping
pilot/mechanic/flight attendant/mgmt/etc areas...I've got some really cool ideas.

It would be nice to share my progress and possibly get some ideas from the CRM
clan.
Hope to hear from you!
