you are probably referring to the SAFETY NET project, which I had the pleasure of getting demonstated by Jean and representatives of AVIATRACO earlier this week as part a presentation of your CRM package.
On principal I am sceptical of CRM as a distance learning issue. In my opinion and experience CRM is indeed a group work, real-time process, since we as a crew still interact live with each other. So in this respect I would never recommend a CRM program solely based on Cyber Think. However, as an addition to in-house training a CRM forum on a user level would be an excellent choice - if facilitated well.
