Some weeks (or maybe even months) ago there was a discussion here about
copyright of the JAR-FCL I believe.
I wrote that I asked the JAA about the copyright and today I got an answer.
This is what they told me:
4 Copyright restrictions on the direct reproduction of JAR-FCL is a
debatable issue. If you wish to develop a course for which JAR-FCL
produces a model, or guidance material on, then naturally you can base your
course material on the format and scope of such material.
5 It is the intention to publish JARs on the Internet through a website.
This is currently being set up. I believe July '98 is the target date.
Hope that this is some helpfull info for some of the CRM people.
