The suggestion of ARM is quite appropriate for the entire crew. It
reminds me of the name I gave the Air Force training many years ago. At that
time, CRM stood for "Cockpit" Resource Management, and it was protected by a
copyright. I wanted to include the entire crew, and my supervisors thought
the military ought to have a different "spin" than the other guys.
So I suggested Aircrew Coordination Training--ACT. The name can still be
found in the Army, Navy, and some "seasoned" aviators.
