Larry,
This is very interresting info. Is there any data on the percentage of
approaches that are manually flown? Also, is this 54% approach and landing
accidents hand flown by Captains, or hand flown by Captain or First Officer
( are the first officer accidents part of this or are they separate?).

Also I was unable to open you Excel file, which version of Excel is it?
