My company does just that. We have programs for both military and civilian
applications. I designed a program for the Canadian Armed Forces and we
are presently teaching several airlines.
Our programs includes the integrated training of all the crew which would
include Loadmaster, Flight Nurses and any other staff on board or involved
with the flight. If you would like more specific information just Email me
