I did ask him about your request to post the draft on the listserver. He
wants to incorporate feedback from the ATA AQP working group members first.
As Tom mentioned, the group is meeting next week in Houston. Then the draft
will be made available.
As to your question about whether the same people wrote the AQP CRM chapter
as wrote the CRM advisory circular. Since I don't know for sure who wrote
the CRM AC, I can't say for sure. I do know that a large group of folks
(mostly air carrier types) had input into the AQP CRM chapter, as well as a
few research types like myself. There are a number of versions of the draft
floating around and I don't know which version you have. The latest draft
does include descriptions of one methodology, implemented in the Model AQP
Database, that can be used to integrate CRM and technical training within
the AQP process. Consequently, the material in the current draft is very
different from that in the CRM AC in that it has a strong AQP influence.
