Arnetha,

The question you raise is both on-target and most timely. The overall
agenda is set by Ted Mallory of NWA, using input from "the field" like
yours. Interestingly enough, there is good reason to consider meetings
at two different times with two differently focused agendas:
1st session: to address course agenda issues that are pertinent to both
courses - CRM for Flight Attendants and DRM.
2nd session -- may need to be sequential in order to allow those who are
developing courses for both groups to attend both sessions -- specific
program content and methods for (a) Flight Attendant courses, and (b)
DRM courses.

It may be most efficient to contact Karen Sieffert at NWA to offer your
suggestions for the program agenda. Her email address is:
karen.sieffert_at_nwa.com

In the past, if the agenda is unable to accommodate a specific program,
we have sometimes been able to arrange a pre-workshop session to address
various topics -- with Ted's approval and the gracious assistance of the
company or facility that is hosting that particular session ... in this
case, ERAU.

If you decide to move forward on this, please let me know and I'll do
what I can to help.

Pete
