The NASA document is the Technical Memorandum 110404, May 1996 entitle
"Principles and Guidelines for Duty and Rest Scheduling in Commercial
Aviation. (Authors: Dinges, Graeber, Rosekind,Wegmann and Samel). Regretable
no downloadable as far as I know.
Your FLT_DUTY.EXE didn't pass the firewalls (no exe, no macrowords, please),
perhaps you can send the document zipped.
