I have seen a video of CRM "behaviors" recreated in a simulator.
Reportedly, the ideas for these events came from the company's annonymous
reporting system. They are used in a CRM class to challenge the aviators to
identify the good and bad of what they saw, and then, supposedly, discuss the
desired solutions.
I really liked what they did, and wish this video could be reproduced
for the market, or other companies would follow the theme and produce some for
their particular culture.
The company? Continental Airlines.
Is there anyone of that company on with us, and could you elaborate on
the video?
