psycho-babble

It sure does sound like a great deal of psycho-babble to me as well. The
one thing that will kill yours or any other programis is if the ideas
taught cannot be easily applied to the line. Pilots like to keep it simple
and to the point. Talking about psychological aspects tunes them out and
you end up waisting your time and theirs. The military has taughts us to
Keep It Simple (KISs) and we should always remember this when teaching CRM.
Give the pilots something they can use and apply in their jobs and they
will buy into the program. All pilots are looking for better tools to do
their jobs, not better definitions of what they do wrong.
