Hugo,
I seem to remember there was a report of this event in the research work
of a French student in Toulous, France. The research was trying apply a
dicision model to accident investigations for validation of the model, and he
ran into trouble with electronic logic. The report was published in the
proceedings of the 8th Symposium.
