MAJ Kern,
I agree that CRM is more than managing human error. It is just that I
think incremental growth is necessary. If we focus on the current problems,
solve them, then move to the next level we will carry the focus forward. But
if we focus on the ideal, the CPT Piccard model we may loose the folks still
struggling with: "Why does my crew see it MY way?" syndrome.
