I agree whole-heartedly with your broadened view of what CRM should
emcompass. We need to also talk in terms of "education" as well as
"training." Your point is valid and vitally important. Without some type
of a theoretical perspective, the training is often seen as an overlay or
fad as opposed to a critically important integrated part of their overall
development as an aviator. My one cauion would be that the language we
use must be carefully selected and presented, we lost a bunch early on
with too much why and not enough what.
