New leads or stories of "rogue aviators"?
Hello Tony, welcome to the group!
I'm not sure exactly how much detail you're looking for. I certainly hear
stories about this behavior in my CRM refresher classes. To get the details
and send them out on the net could become rather sensitive for all of the
aviation companies participating on this info-line.
How would you propose a dialog of an "existing" problem, while not
crossing ethical boundries, such as slander and defamation of character,
without factual knowledge and documentation?
I hate to say it, but I've got stories that would dishearten all who wish we
were making progress in error prevention, but publication of rumors and
hear-say is sensitive.
