I'm sure our group can help you with some case studies in this area. It
might be helpful if you could give us an example of one such case (perhaps
the Fairchild accident) to help spur thinking.
Also, since you mention organizational as well as individual discipline,
this is a natural springboard for a discussion on the role that "norms"
play in crew performance.
Finally, I usually think of the military when I hear the word "discipline".
What are the civil equivilants of this? Do we just know it by a different
name, or are the differences deeper?
