Good Morning CRMers!

And, thank you Ibrahim for waking up our sleepy discussion group! Seriously!

I must admit that I have encountered more than one crew member who thought
we were trying to brainwash them with CRM. And, when you look at the basic
objective of training -- to change behavior -- and one of the accepted
metrics we use to define results -- changes in attitude -- we likely have
reason to ponder your words.

I suspect the word "brainwashing" carries much baggage from the recently
ended Cold War. As such, it is likely to evoke emotional as well as
academic responses.

Keep us thinking and talking, Ibrahim. And if no one has already said it,
welcome to our group!

Best regards,
Neil Krey
