Thank you very much for your definition! I very much like it, and
would like to publish it. But I do have one further request. Given that
many of the readers will not be familiar with exactly what CRM is, I need
to provide them with a very basic and pared-down definition of it. It needs
to be in laymans terms in other words. Would you be interested in taking
another stab at it and trying to make it even more basic?
I very much appreciate your help and will understand if you are too
busy or uninterested in my request.
