I'm organising a conference on CRM LOFT Scenario Design September 17 at CAA
Gatwick. This is a complex topic and much of the audience (mostly UK AOC
Holders) are resource limited and have little experience in LOFT design and
conduct. As an additional resource, aside from a solid speaker programme,
I want to display papers on the subject for delegates to look at and get
copies of, if they like them.
Can anyone suggest reports, articles etc. which I ought to include in the
list of "really useful papers" for LOFT developers?
