Hi CRMers,
Related to "followership", in Columbus OH, I heard that some operator made
some change in our traditional denominations, and now they name "Monitoring
and Challenging Pilot" instead of "Pilot Not Flying". Someone in this forum
is aware of that and knows the cultural repercutions or impact on operation
safety and eficiency ?
Prima facie, I found it very promising and provocative.
