I guess we all have had to justify ourselves with our training budgets, at
some time or another. Being a smaller airline we seem constantly to be doing
this at Air New Zealand.
I'm looking for some relavant statistics, which either Boeing or some of the
major carriers may well have collated, that show the effect of CRM training
on the number of CRM related incidents.
Ideally someone will have taken a sample of human factor incidents prior to
doing some CRM training, and then repeated the sample post CRM training.
Boeing may well have done this as well.
Does anyone have some data that may be of use, or could point me in a
direction, where it is available, even a relavant Boeing contact would be good.
