My name is Joe Rizzuto. I am a fairly new member to the Air Force CRM team.
I fly C-130's in Alaska and am a facilitator in my squadron. I am
interested in these mediated debriefs for two reasons.
First I think something like this could be used in my squadron to help
resolve crew problems, especially one that occurs on extended trips. Second
I am try to get a Engineering Masters degree with a CRM emphasis and am
thinking about a CRM thesis, maybe how to evaluate a crewmembers use of CRM.
I have much research and reading to do on the subject.
My questions to you are: Would Fedex be open to a non-company member going
through your two day course if they paid for it? If so, where is it and
what would it cost?
If you want to respond to directly my e-mail is joerizz_at_ibm.net
I would also be open to any inputs from the group on the direction of my
thesis and any similar courses
Thank you
Joe Rizzuto
